RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

* Local tax (per day and per person) : 0,45€
* Availaibility of apartments and rooms : rooms and apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on departure day.
* Luggage room

* Discounts : Baby crib : free of charge
* EXTRA BED 50€ per week

* Dogs (small or big) : free of charge
* Free parking

* Linen rental available upon request
* Household cleaning available upon request 20€
A DEPOSIT equal to 30% of total cost of stay is required to confirm the booking. The total deposit is deductible only if the terms of the reservation have been fully respected. For any cancellation, shorter stay or delayed arrival the deposit might be refunded only partially.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation by the tenant : any cancellation has to be confirmed by registered mail sent to the landlord.

* Cancellation before arrival on the premises : the landlord keeps the deposit. If rental is cancelled less than 30 days before date of arrival the balance of the total stay amount is to be paid to the landlord.

If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours following the arrival date agreed on his contract, the contract becomes nul and the property is available to the landlord. The landlord keeps the deposit and will ask the tenant to pay the balance of the total stay amount as agreed in the contract.

* If the stay is shortened : the whole stay is due to the landlord. There will be no refund.
